Team is billed as a fixed price for the size you pick — 10, 50, 250, 500 people — with no per-seat metering and no mid-cycle proration. Moving between sizes is an ordinary plan change.

Questions
A spreadsheet only holds what you type into it. Emerpa reads certificate number, issuer, and expiration date straight off the photo or PDF you upload, so nothing gets retyped or mistyped.
